Here is the Possible Location that I find for the dance studio, I researched many possible dance studios areas that we can do, one of the thing that I have noticed is that most dance companies tend to either practice in gym since they don't necessary have there own studio so it was a matter of going into different links and sites.

About: It’s an organisation that works with artist and communities, to encourage people creativity by seeing and making art pieces, so they have numerous of workshops. 16 studios they host in the resident company, darkrooms and pottery studios, film screening. They also have information in the theatre and craft making.
